Downtown Toronto Event Photography with CanREA at Radisson Blu: from a top Toronto corporate headshot and event photographer

Wow! June sure was a busy month for event photography! I had the opportunity to photograph for a really cool company - CanREA. CanREA is Canadian Renewable Energy Association. They are also Association Canadienne de l’énergie renouvelable. That’s right, they’re a bilingual company. I love it when I get to photograph for a company that speaks both of my languages.

When first corresponding with CanREA I suspected my contact spoke French because of her area code in her email signature, but then confirmed when I wrote to her in French and she responded with no issue at all. On the day of the event I found that it really made communication far easier as we both instantly switched from English to French so that we were able to clearly speak with one another to achieve the photographic results she was looking for. It was especially important to have a full understanding of her needs as the event was a gathering of top players in the energy industry with a long list of must have group photos. We were able to knock the photos she needed of her list very quickly.

The event took place at Radisson Blu. This venue is pretty unique as it on one side looks towards lake Ontario and the Toronto Islands. To the north the venue has views of downtown Toronto and an epic view of the CN tower. Guests were quite thrilled to be able to fully enjoy their time in Toronto at this beautiful locale.

My contacts from CanREA loved our shoot time together and the photos I created for them. I am grateful for clients like them who come from out of town and find me on google to photograph for them.
